About Us

Library Management System - Library Depository System

Library Management System

Welcome to the Web-Based Library Management System Using Barcode Technology with Data Analytics for the Philippine State College of Aeronautics. Our project is designed to reform the way libraries operate, making them more efficient, user-friendly, and accessible to all students and library staff.

Our Mission

Our mission is to enhance the library experience by integrating modern technology into library management. We believe that a well-organized and efficient library is essential for academic success, and our system aims to streamline administrative tasks while providing a seamless experience for users.

Our Team

The project is the result of collaborative efforts from a dedicated team of students at the Philippine State College of Aeronautics:
Ronie L. Vallecera Jr.
The backbone of our Web-Based Library Management System. As the back-end developer, he is responsible for designing and implementing the server-side logic that powers the system. His expertise in database management and server architecture ensures that the system is secure, and capable of handling multiple user transactions efficiently. Ronie focuses on integrating barcode technology and data analytics into the system, allowing for seamless user authentication and resource management. His role is crucial in ensuring that the system operates smoothly and meets the technical requirements necessary for a modern library environment.
Crystal Trinidad
Takes on the role of project lead, overseeing the overall progress and direction of the project. She is responsible for coordinating team efforts, ensuring that all tasks are aligned with client needs and project goals. She meticulously documents every aspect of the project, from initial research findings to final implementation details. Her organizational skills are vital in managing project timelines and deliverables, making sure that all necessary information is readily available for clients and stakeholders. Crystal's ability to synthesize complex information into clear documentation helps facilitate communication and understanding among team members and clients alike.
Sean Dave Ampongan
Plays a multifaceted role in the project, contributing as a video editor, survey editor, and front-end developer. He is responsible for creating engaging video content that showcases the system's features and benefits, enhancing user understanding and engagement. As the survey editor, Sean gathers feedback from users to inform system improvements and ensure that the library management system meets the needs of its patrons. In his role as a front-end developer, he designs and implements the user interface, focusing on creating an intuitive and user-friendly experience. Sean's creative skills and technical expertise are essential in making the system accessible and appealing to all users.
